The modern Warehouse and Logistics Centre for LemonTree, located in Wrocław, houses, among other things, a 6,600-square-meter HILTI service centre with a production and warehouse hall and a two-story office section. The remaining part of the centre was developed in accordance with the needs of tenants from the HVAC and packaging industries. In addition to building the facility under the design & build formula, Kajima Poland also prepared the entire investment project for BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
