The DC11B warehouse and logistics centre for P3 Logistic Parks, with an area of 23,500 sq. m, implemented under the design & build formula, is intended for food storage in frozen, refrigerated and dry conditions. It is equipped with 300 sq. m of modern office space and convenient infrastructure.

A micro-freezer with a temperature of -21 degrees Celsius and an area of 30 sq. m. and a cold store with a temperature of 2 to 7 degrees Celsius and an area of 1,715 sq. m. were built using box in box technology, which means that they consist of thermally isolated modules inside a larger hall. The floors and ground beneath the freezer section are equipped with advanced insulation and heating, which ensure structural stability and optimal operating conditions for the entire facility. The facility is also equipped with a dry warehouse (10,460 sq. m) and a dry warehouse prepared for the potential expansion of the freezer (10,788 sq. m).

The facility is equipped with a BMS system that monitors HVAC, lighting, utility consumption, as well as cold store and freezer parameters. The entire project was completed in accordance with sustainable construction standards, as confirmed by the BREEAM Excellent certificate.
