The expansion of the Nestlé Purina pet food production plant included the construction of a production and storage hall with an area of 56,700 sq. m., including a two-storey wet production building (5,000 sq. m., height of 30 m) and an ASRS high-bay rack-supported warehouse (4,990 sq. m., height of 34.5 m) and other production and storage rooms (46,710 sq. m.).

The scope of work also included the construction of sewage treatment plants serving the project, expansion of the boiler room, a water treatment plant, a gatehouse, a drivers’ building, a pallet shelter, as well as external infrastructure. The project was carried out in the immediate vicinity of an existing production hall, which required precise coordination and flexibility of the schedule. In 2025, the expansion of the Nestlé Purina pet food production plant received the “Construction of the year” award from PZITB.
