The Warsaw North Logistic Park logistics centre, located in Nowy Modlin near Warsaw and implemented in the design & build formula, meets the requirements of modern logistics. Phase I, completed in 2025, covers 28,000 sq. m. The entire project has been prepared to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. As part of this, the facility is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting with automatic control in the warehouse and office areas (DALI system), electric car chargers, a photovoltaic system to power the facility, and high-efficiency installations and appropriate design provide users with acoustic and thermal comfort and high air quality. Tenants include logistics companies and a European chain of large-scale “home and garden” stores. Due to the proximity of the airport, the implementation of the project required obtaining special permits from the nearby airport for selected works and for the use of specialized construction equipment.
