The modern warehouse and logistics centre with a total area of approximately 42,000 sqm fully meets the needs of the international logistics operator Yusen Logistics. The entire facility consists of a warehouse with an area of 41,100 sqm and an office and staff part with an area of 900 sqm.

7R Park Wrocław West II has been designed and implemented in accordance with the BREEAM OUTSTANDING certificate requirements, which means that it features a number of unique logistics construction solutions, including an energy storage facility that will ensure significant savings in energy consumption and thus a reduction in the carbon footprint, air heat pumps, an advanced BMS control system, and energy-saving LED lighting with the DALI system. These and many other solutions are due to 7R’s comprehensive approach to sustainable development and the new “7R Green Saver” product line.
