Comprehensive works carried out for the purposes of the new City Point Targówek logistics park in Warsaw included the demolition of eight warehouse and office buildings along with the associated surfaces and networks, as well as cleaning up the site in an area of 22.6 ha.  All demolishing works were carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and the guidelines for BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold certifications.
