DC5 distribution centre with accompanying infrastructure, built in the design & build system, in accordance with the specifications of 7R and its tenant: 7R Solution. As part of earthworks, an earthen-insulating embankment with a height of 6 m and embankments made of improved soil were also built. The entire facility called 7R Park Beskid II has been prepared for BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
