DC4 distribution centre with staff and office premises as well as accompanying infrastructure, built in the design & build system, in accordance with the specifications of 7R and its tenant: Prosperplast. DC4 has a warehouse part with technical rooms (9,019 sqm) and a single-storey office and staff part (157 sqm). As part of earthworks, embankments made of improved soil and a retaining wall made of gabions (119 m long and 8 m high) were also built. The entire facility called 7R Park Beskid II has been prepared for BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
