The New Distribution Centre near Bydgoszcz for Panattoni. The total area of 61,000 sqm is mostly intended for a chain of discount stores ALDI (43,000 sqm). That is why it includes cold stores and freezers with a total area of 10,500 sqm and a volume of 121,000 cbm. The general contractor was responsible for the construction of the entire logistics complex in the design & build model, as well as its preparation for the multi-criteria BREEAM certification.
