DC1 distribution center with a total area of 21,246 m² consists of a warehouse part (20,547 m²) and a staff and office part (541 m²). A number of advanced earthworks have been carried out. These included securing the slopes and strengthening them with a geogrid, constructing an insulating earth embankment and securing the nearby high greenery, as well as relocating an operational water supply pipeline running through the plot.

For the purposes of the entire 7R Beskid Park II project, the general contractor has also rebuilt the intersection of Cicha Street with national road DK1 and has built an access road to the new facility from Cicha Street. The facility has a BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating.
