The logistics center with necessary infrastructure, intended for Leroy Merlin (tenant), consists of a 60,000 m² hall and a two-storey office and staff part for operating the plant with a total area of 1,000 m². This is one of the largest halls Kajima has built for this purpose in Poland. Besides the main facility, an open reservoir with a capacity of 1,300 m³ was also built. The hall was constructed in less than 6 months.
