The entire facility consists of a warehouse with an area of 41,100 sqm and an office and staff part with an area of 900 sqm.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7R Park Wroc\u0142aw West II<\/strong> has been designed and implemented in accordance with the BREEAM OUTSTANDING certificate requirements, which means that it features a number of unique logistics construction solutions, including an energy storage facility that will ensure significant savings in energy consumption and thus a reduction in the carbon footprint, air heat pumps, an advanced BMS control system, and energy-saving LED lighting with the DALI system.
