The facility consists of an industrial and technical part with a total area of 6,426 sqm, office and staff parts (two- and single-storey) with a total area of 774 sqm, associated infrastructure, as well as street furniture, including an outdoor gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kajima Poland has prepared the facility to obtain the BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold certificates. It has also prepared it for the WELL Health &amp; Safety rating. The building is equipped with an energy consumption monitoring system, an addressable lighting control system with daylight harvesting, and a photovoltaic system. These and other solutions will enable the tenant to reduce energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As far as design solutions are concerned, it is worth mentioning a single-aisle reinforced concrete frame with a span of 37.5 m in the industrial and technical part of the structure, which enabled the tenant to conveniently arrange the technology in the free space of the hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7135,"menu_order":0,"template":"","realization_type":[28],"class_list":["post-7158","realizacje_post","type-realizacje_post","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
