DC3 distribution centre <\/strong>with staff and office premises as well as accompanying infrastructure, built in the design & build<\/em> system, in accordance with the specifications of 7R and its tenants: Cooper Standard<\/strong> and Martes Sport<\/strong>. DC3 has a warehouse part with technical rooms (15,777 sqm), a shelter (433 sqm), and a single-storey office and staff part (457 sqm). As part of earthworks, embankments made of improved soil and a retaining wall made of gabions (119 m long and 8 m high) were also built.
