Apart from the warehouse part, the facility also has a two-storey office and staff part (1,110 sqm) and an internal office building on the premises of the hall (210 sqm). During the design and construction works, Kajima Poland supervised the preparation of the facility for obtaining a <strong>BREEAM<\/strong> certificate with an Excellent rating.
