The facility is also adapted to the standards of tenants from the interior design industry: <strong>123\u0141azienka <\/strong>and <strong>Homla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides the implementation in the Design&amp;Build formula, Kajima Poland has prepared the facility for <strong>BREEAM <\/strong>certification with an <strong>Excellent <\/strong>rating, which confirms the very high environmental standards of the project. This was achieved mainly due to the building\u2019s good energy efficiency indices and the application of a number of passive solutions. The facility is equipped, among others, with LED lighting (indoors and outdoors) and automatically controlled lighting on the internal roads, manoeuvring areas and pavements.
