{"id":4031,"date":"2021-12-10T12:03:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-10T11:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kajima.pl\/?post_type=realizacje_post&#038;p=4031"},"modified":"2026-03-27T10:22:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T09:22:50","slug":"nestle-purina-phase-6-nowa-wies-wroclawska","status":"publish","type":"realizacje_post","link":"https:\/\/kajima.pl\/en\/realizacje_post\/nestle-purina-phase-6-nowa-wies-wroclawska\/","title":{"rendered":"Nestle Purina (Phase No. 6), Nowa Wie\u015b Wroc\u0142awska"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the 6<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Phase of the expansion of the Nestl\u00e9 Purina production plant, a production and warehouse building (10,068 m\u00b2 \u2013 a production facility and intermediate warehouses), FERT \u2013 a final dispatch warehouse (5,268 m\u00b2), DEPAL \u2013 a packaging warehouse and quality control rooms (1,011 m\u00b2), as well as technical buildings and rooms were completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kajima Poland performed land development along with networks and surfaces, construction and finishing works, as well as part of the systems (lightning protection, sprinkler system, and under-floor systems, including the technological one). The design was coordinated in the Building Information Modelling (<strong>BIM<\/strong>) system. The facility recovers heat generated in the production process to heat staff rooms and offices in this part of the plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the expansion, it was necessary to accommodate the very high client requirements regarding occupational health and safety as well as hygiene standards.
