The task of the general contractor was to adapt the existing hall, add a new DC3C hall and adapt the whole to the needs of the future user, who previously occupied the adjacent hall. Two mezzanines, technological equipment, high storage racks and the tenant\u2019s IT installation had to be moved from the previous location. All construction, reconstruction and relocation works were carried out during the tenant\u2019s continuous logistic activity. The general contractor\u2019s task was therefore to ensure continuous communication between the offices and the hall (old and then new). The same requirement applied to the transfer of offices to the new building. In total, he area covered by all works related to the construction and adaptation of the DC3C hall amounted to 18,756 m\u00b2. The DC3C hall is<strong> BREEAM Good certified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Construction of the DC2B<\/strong> hall for an international logistics operator. The building has merged the separate halls into one large building.
