As part of the general contracting, all works necessary for the functioning of the facilities were performed: earthworks, construction works, installation works and networks. The contract also included the coordination of HVAC, electrical and sprinkler installations with automated distribution and sorting lines and the tenant&#8217;s kitchen technology. Both halls constitute one cubic capacity with a total area of 75,429 m\u00b2. Office and social parts, servicing the entire volume, constitute a total of approximately 4700 m\u00b2.
