The works were aimed at enlarging the facility and adapting it to cold storage needs. Kajima carried out the demolition of parts of the hall and technical facilities, built cooling chambers (10,371 m\u00b2<sup> <\/sup>in total) with <strong>cooling systems<\/strong> (including a chilling system), made a new electrical system for the entire facility, and remodeled the plumbing and central heating systems. Kajima also reinforced the hall roof structure and renovated the office part (763 m\u00b2).
