The reconstruction and extension of the existing logistics center for Mercedes-Benz Polska involved the construction of an additional warehouse (14,430 m\u00b2), service and staff premises (669 m\u00b2) and a free-standing waste shed (900 m\u00b2), as well as the expansion of the existing infrastructure (networks, surfaces and green areas). The general constructor\u2019s tasks also included the removal of underground technical infrastructure and the demolition of sections of the traffic system that collided with the extension. Kajima also coordinated all construction works with the customer\u2019s schedule of deliveries to the operating part of the distribution center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As required by the customer, the sprinkler system in the hall and the water pipe for the sprinkler and hydrant systems were made in accordance with the FM Global<\/strong> requirements.
