The extension of the body shop with a parts shipping warehouse (G30) and the reconstruction of the administration building (G5) with the provision of a penthouse on this building at the Opel manufacturing plant. The extension of the G30 hall involved partial demolition of the existing facility, structural reinforcements, relocation of the systems included in the outline of the new part of the hall outside its boundaries (fire ring, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewage system, electrical systems), as well as the extension of the facility by additional 7,000 m\u00b2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was also necessary to reconstruct the so-called utilities bridge<\/strong>, located in hall G30, intended for process (mainly gas) systems. The bridge had to be suspended to a new and reinforced roof structure. Due to the new layout of the G30 hall, it was also necessary to rebuild the surface of the roads around this facility and construct new technical gas stations. The administration building (G5) was extended by approx. 470 m\u00b2.
