The office building was designed and constructed in a way that will ensure significant savings in terms of energy consumption in the long run. This is due to the BMS system that manages and monitors the building, <strong>building automation<\/strong> that controls temperature, the amount of sunlight and protection against the wind as well as heat pumps using energy from a ground source for heating and cooling the building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the building, there are also high-quality facilities for the staff such as a glass-panelled canteen with a cafe, kitchens, aerobics and fitness room, observation decks, restrooms and a mother and child room. All works carried out by Kajima Poland (construction of new facilities, rebuilding the existing facilities, including renovation works) had to be carried out in a way that would enable uninterrupted operation of the customer\u2019s call centre. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1774,"menu_order":108,"template":"","realization_type":[31],"class_list":["post-2050","realizacje_post","type-realizacje_post","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
