We are building 7R Park Wrocław West II

For 7R, in Kąty Wrocławskie, we are building 7R Park Wrocław West II – a high-quality logistics and production centre with an area of 43,000 sqm. From the design stage, through implementation, to construction management, we are preparing this facility for BREEAM certification with an Outstanding rating.

Such a high BREEAM certification rating will be possible, among others, thanks to the use of photovoltaic panels, highly efficient, modern electrical and mechanical systems as well as heat recovery from heating and ventilation systems. It is also important to carry out the construction process consciously and safely, and we know how to do this.
